Objective To investigate the effect of intraocular injection of Compromise on vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy. Methods 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups according to intraoperative injection of ophthalmic drugs: 49 cases were given intraocular concomitant concomitant sepsis 7 days before vitrectomy, and 51 cases in control group Vitrectomy. By observing and recording the operation conditions, prognosis and preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, we evaluated the effect of intraocular injection of Compstil on vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy. Results Compared with the control group, the required operation time was shorter in the injection group (P <0.05), the number of bleeding in the injection group was 6 cases, the number of bleeding in the control group was 20 cases, and the number of bleeding in the injection group was significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, the number of coagulation eyes, the number of eyes using silicone oil and the number of iatrogenic holes in the injection group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). After a month of follow-up, the number of minor bleeding and the number of activities The number of cases of hemorrhage was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before operation (P <0.05). One month after operation, the visual acuity of the two groups were significantly increased and the visual acuity of the injected group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intraocular injection of Compussis can improve the vitrectomy operation, reduce the difficulty of operation, shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and improve the corrected visual acuity.
