简易筛砂机(图1)是我厂技术革新较成功的重要项目之一。它不仅适合中小型铸造厂使用,而且也适用于矿山建筑等单位。这种筛砂机是我厂本着自力更生的精神,采用三结合的方法制造成功的。一年多的生产实践证明,其性能良好,具有生产效率高、筛砂质量好等优点,改善了工人劳动条件,受到工人好评。筛砂机的结构如图2所示,主要由筛子、传动系统、送砂皮带、机架、走轮等部分组成。
Simple screen sand machine (Figure 1) is one of the most successful projects in our factory. It is not only suitable for small and medium-sized foundry use, but also for mining construction and other units. This screen sand machine is my factory in the spirit of self-reliance, the use of three methods to create a successful combination. More than a year of production practice has proved that its performance is good, with high production efficiency, good quality sieve sand, etc., to improve the working conditions of workers, praised by workers. The structure of the sieve sand machine is shown in Fig. 2, which is mainly composed of a sieve, a transmission system, a sand feeding belt, a rack, a walking wheel and the like.
