高校图书馆在网络信息时代的今天面临着新的挑战,出于对读者诉求的重视,互动式服务是高校图书馆未来发展的必然选择;互动式服务能够更为有效的突破不利的读者心理状态,建立图书馆员与读者之间融洽的关系;为实现互动式服务需要提高图书馆员与读者的互动意识、在读者培训过程中加强互动并且采取多种方式畅宽互动渠道。
Nowadays, the university library is facing new challenges in the era of network information.
