本次讨论分析的目的是检测稻谷和糙米中杀草胺的残留检测方法,以判定稻谷和糙米中农药的残余量,以保证粮食的安全。大体方法是将样品倒入石油醚后提取出来,再将提取物通过弗罗里硅土玻璃层柱净化,最后再利用Agglent-1260高效液相色谱与紫外线检测仪搭配进行杀草胺的检测。利用该方法进行试验和测定,结果是稻谷和糙米中杀草胺添加质量分数极小,相对标准偏差符合标准,稻谷和糙米回收率也较高。因此此次检测方法具有灵敏性和准确性,因此检测方法符合稻谷和糙米中杀草胺残留检测的要求。
The purpose of this discussion and analysis is to detect residues of acetochlor in rice and brown rice to determine the residual amount of pesticides in rice and brown rice to ensure food security. The general method is to pour the sample into petroleum ether and extract it. The extract is then purified by Florisil silica column chromatography. Finally, Agglent-1260 HPLC is used with UV detector for the detection of sclerotin. Using this method for testing and determination, the results showed that the mass fraction of herbicidal amine in rice and brown rice was extremely small, the relative standard deviation was in line with the standard, and the recovery rate of rice and brown rice was also higher. Therefore, this detection method has the sensitivity and accuracy, so the detection method meets the requirements of acetochlor residue detection in rice and brown rice.
