我们这支兵改工的队伍,长期坚持“支部建在连上”,班组思想政治工作有着良好的基础。但近些年来,尽管我们各项事业都取得了好的成就,可班组思想政治工作并未得到加强。最近,我们对50个工程队的151个班组的政治活动情况进行了调查,政治活动时有时无,时紧时松或基本流于形式的有81个,占调查总数的53.6%。由于放松了班组思想政治工作,使一些消极的不健康的因素侵入职工队伍,直接影响了企业两个文明建设。据分析,目前在铁路基建常规性工程施工中存在的质量不高、安全不好、效益较差的问题,很大程度上是由于班组思想政治工作薄弱,职工劳动纪律松弛,责任心不强造成的。
