社会主义企业精神要体现我们的指导思想,即马列主义,毛泽东思想,要为巩固和发展社会主义制度,建设社会主义服务.同时,企业精神又是工人阶级的精神,要体现工人阶级当家作主的主人翁精神.我们建设社会主义企业精神,主要考虑哪些内容呢?首先的一条还是艰苦创业精神;第二条内容和第一条有联系,就是不怕困难,战胜困难、百折不挠,一往无前的精神;第三条,要有一个“严”字当头的精神;第四条,应有一个开拓创新精神;第五条应该摆在第一位,就是企业的民主精神和集体主义精神.
