用血清LSA快速测定法检测经颅脑CT诊断为颅内肿瘤的患者,结果表明:颅内恶性肿瘤和转移性肿瘤组血清LSA(143±42mg/L,n=59)显著高于良性肿瘤(97±30mg/L,n=33)、非肿瘤占位(93±16mg/L,n=6)及对照组(94±18mg/L,n=80)(P>0.001);恶性肿瘤和转移肿瘤组LSA阳性率(76.3%)亦显著高于另三组(分别为9.1%、0及10%)。从47例颅内恶性肿瘤分析,血清LSA含量及阳性率与肿瘤恶性程度及肿瘤包膜残缺程度呈正相关,而与肿瘤大小无明显相关性。测定血清LSA含量对颅内恶性肿瘤诊断、良恶性鉴别、恶性肿瘤手术预后分析及复发监测等,具有显著意义。
The serum LSA (143 ± 42 mg / L, n = 59) was significantly higher in patients with intracranial malignant tumors and metastatic tumors than in benign tumors 97 ± 30mg / L, n = 33), non-tumor site (93 ± 16mg / L, n = 6) and control group (94 ± 18mg / L, n = 80) The positive rate of LSA in metastatic tumor group was also significantly higher than that in the other three groups (76.3% vs 9.1%, 0% and 10% respectively). From 47 cases of intracranial malignant tumors, serum LSA levels and positive rates were positively correlated with the degree of malignancy and the degree of tumor capsule defects, but not with tumor size. Determination of serum LSA levels for the diagnosis of intracranial malignant tumors, benign and malignant differentiation, prognosis of malignant tumor surgery and recurrence monitoring, has significant significance.
