目的 :研究胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF- )与宫内发育的关系。方法 :随机抽取足月适于胎龄儿 15例 ,足月小于胎龄儿 9例 ,足月大于胎龄儿 10例 ,在出生 72 h内检测血清 IGF- 水平 ,同时进行体格指标测量。结果 :血清 IGF- 水平足月适于胎龄儿组 [(5 7.4 2± 4 .74 ) mmol/ L]与足月小于胎龄儿组 [(5 6 .0 3± 4 .86 ) mmol/ L]比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;足月适于胎龄儿组与足月大于胎龄儿组 [(6 3.85± 6 .11) mm ol/ L]比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。足月适于胎龄儿组体重、身长、头围、胸围 4个体格指标分别与足月小于胎龄儿组比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P =0 .0 0 0 ) ,足月适于胎龄儿组与足月大于胎龄儿组 4个体格指标比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P =0 .0 0 0 )。 3组的出生体重与 IGF- 水平呈中度正相关 (γ=0 .5 16 ,P =0 .0 0 2 )。结论 :出生后 72 h足月小于胎龄儿静脉血中 IGF- 水平低于足月适于胎龄儿 ,足月大于胎龄儿 IGF- 水平高于足月适于胎龄儿与足月小于胎龄儿。 IGF- 水平与宫内发育情况密切相关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between insulin-like growth factor (IGF-) and intrauterine growth. Methods: Fifteen infants with full-term gestational age, 9 full-term infants with gestational age and 10 full-term infants with gestational age were enrolled in this study. Serum IGF-1 levels were measured at 72 hrs after birth, and physical indicators were measured. Results: Serum levels of IGF-1 in term infants were significantly lower than those in term infants ([(5.42 ± 4.74) mmol / L] and full-term infants with gestational age [(56.3 ± 4.86) mmol / (P <0.05).
