目的研究分离自肿瘤患者穿通支原体体外药物敏感性。方法选择左旋氧氟沙星等7种抗菌药物对15株分离自肿瘤患者的穿通支原体进行最低抑菌浓度(MICs)和最低杀菌浓度(MBCs)测定。结果其中MICs以克林霉素和左旋氧氟沙星最低(0.078μg/ml),其他依次为:环丙沙星(0.156μg/ml)、红霉素(0.156μg/ml)、氯霉素(0.312μg/ml)、氧氟沙星(8μg/ml)、庆大霉素(10μg/ml)。MBCs最低的是克林霉素和左旋氧氟沙星(0.156μg/ml)。结论克林霉素、左旋氧氟沙星可作为穿通支原体感染治疗的首选药物。
Objective To study the drug sensitivity of isolated mycoplasma in vitro from patients with tumors. Methods Seven kinds of antimicrobial agents such as levofloxacin were selected to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MICs) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBCs) of 15 strains of Mycoplasma penetrans isolated from cancer patients. Results MICs were the lowest (0.078μg / ml) for clindamycin and levofloxacin, followed by ciprofloxacin (0.156μg / ml), erythromycin (0.156μg / ml) (0.312 μg / ml), ofloxacin (8 μg / ml), gentamicin (10 μg / ml). The lowest MBCs were clindamycin and levofloxacin (0.156 μg / ml). Conclusion Clindamycin and levofloxacin can be used as the drug of choice for the treatment of Mycoplasma penetrating infection.
