石油生产国,是指那些经济增长和发展主要依靠生产与输出石油得到的收益,经济发展水平较高,但国民经济结构迄今仍严重不合理的发展中国家。目前这类国家有20个左右,构成发展中国家的一个重要类别。1985年,石油生产国人口4.8亿,占发展中国家总人口的13.8%,国内生产总值7160亿美元,占发展中国家国内生产总值的31.4%。在众多发展中国家中,这类国家的经济发展战略具有特殊性。一、经济发展战略类型及目标1.石油生产国经济发展战略类型。石油生产国的经济发展战略多数制定于1973年以后,以5~7年中期发展计划为形式颁布并实施。
Oil-producing countries refer to those developing countries whose economic growth and development depend mainly on the benefits derived from the production and export of petroleum and on the high level of economic development, but whose national economic structure is still seriously unreasonable so far.
