1983年12月19日至31日,联合国亚太地区电网规划及管理高级工程师研究班在印度班加罗尔电网培训中心举办。会议由阿富汗、不丹、孟加拉、中国、印尼、伊期、印度、马尔代夫、菲律宾、斯里兰卡、越南11个国家各1名代表参加。大会不仅交流了各国电网情况及管理经验,还由印度电网及科研院的专家作了15个专题报告,并组织参观了电网调度中心、发电厂、制造厂、科学院和电力研究院等单位。
From December 19th to 31st, 1983, the United Nations Research Program for Senior Engineers for Power Network Planning and Management in the Asia-Pacific Region was held at the Bangalore Power Grid Training Center in India. The conference was attended by representatives from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Iraq, India, Maldives, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. The conference not only exchanged information on the power grids and management experience of various countries, but also conducted 15 special reports by experts from the Indian Power Grid and research institutes, and organized visits to power grid dispatch centers, power plants, manufacturing plants, academies of sciences, and electric power research institutes.
