《地面水环境质量标准》全国审议会于1982年12月4日至7日在江苏省常州市召开。会议由城乡建设环境保护部环境保护局委托中国环境科学研究院主持。参加会议的有57个单位,共68位代表,会议圆满地完成了审议任务,达到了预期目的。《地面水环境质量标准》是我国在保护水资源、防止地面水体污染方面的管理目标,是制订水污染物排放标准等工作的依据,代表们认为,《地面水环境质量标准》中规定的二十个项目.对水质管理要求分为三个等级,在条文中明确肯定各现行水质标准在保护水资源中的地
The National Surface Water Quality Standards Review Conference was held in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province from December 4th to 7th, 1982. The meeting was chaired by the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection and presided over by the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences. At the meeting, there were 57 units with a total of 68 delegates. The meeting successfully completed the deliberation task and achieved the intended purpose. The “Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard” is the management objective of China in the protection of water resources and the prevention of surface water pollution. It is the basis for formulating the standards for the discharge of water pollutants. The delegates believe that the “Surface Water Environment Quality Standard” stipulates two Ten projects. The requirements for water quality management are divided into three levels. The provisions clearly affirm the current water quality standards in protecting water resources.
