自1985年报道雷公藤多甙(GTW)具有雄性抗生育活性以来,国内对该植物的化学成分进行了系统的研究,先后从植物中分离出一些有效化合物如T_9,T_(15)等。并检测了它们的雄性抗生物活性及其它实验数据(抗炎、免疫抑制及毒性)。从大鼠实验表明,其主要作用环节为精子变态期及附睾精子。本研究主要通过测定肉毒碱来进一步了解雷公藤及有效化合物T_9,T_(15)对附睾的影响。 材料及方法 一、对象及用药:18例轻型银屑病需用GTW者,年龄为18~47岁,精液常规在正常范围内,每
Since GT reported that it had male antifertility activity in 1985, the chemical composition of the plant was systematically studied in China. Some effective compounds such as T_9 and T_15 were isolated from plants. Their male antibiotic activity and other experimental data (anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, and toxic) were tested. From rat experiments showed that the main role of the link for sperm metamorphosis and epididymal sperm. The purpose of this study was to further understand the effects of Tripterygium wilfordii and its effective compounds T_9 and T_15 on epididymis by measuring carnitine. Materials and methods 1. Subjects and medications: 18 cases of light psoriasis were required to use GTW, aged 18 to 47 years, and the semen was within the normal range.
