1999年是桂林轮胎厂“科教兴企”,大搞职工教育工作不寻常的一年。这一年,该厂先后举办了“经营管理人员培训班”、“中层管理人员企业管理培训班”、“中级技术工人培训班”“TQM 统考培训班”、“新工人上岗培训班”、“老工人转岗培训班”,“机台成型主手培训班”等40多个。加上各部门利用周一下午4:00—4:45(学习日)进行学习工厂的方针目标、三项制度改革、三项工艺纪律、ISO9000标准知识和其它政策法规学习,全年累计参培学习人数在5100人次以上,约为在
