本文应用d-半乳糖所致的大鼠模拟老年性白内障模型,观察了晶体自由基代谢及全身老化代谢改变。预期地证明,模拟老年性白内障大鼠存在明显的晶体自由基代谢紊乱和除晶体病变以外的其它组织细胞的退行性变化。从牛精子中部分提纯的水溶性非类固醇配子因子具有纠正白内障大鼠晶体自由基代谢紊乱,改善实验大鼠物质代谢和能量代谢水平的作用。
In this paper, rats induced by d-galactose were used to simulate senile cataract model and observed the changes of free radical metabolism and systemic aging metabolism. It is expected to prove that there is a significant disorder of metabolism of crystal free radicals and degenerative changes of other tissue cells other than the crystal lesion in simulated aged cataract rats. The water-soluble non-steroidal gamete factor partially purified from bovine sperm has the function of correcting the metabolic disorder of crystal free radicals in cataract rats and improving the metabolism and energy metabolism of experimental rats.
