介绍了活性氧对铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的氧化修饰作用,主要说明SOD的氧化失活及其分子机理,以及SOD在理化性质、免疫学性质及结构方面的变化。
The oxidative modification of copper, zinc and superoxide dismutase (SOD) by reactive oxygen species (ROS) was introduced. The oxidative deactivation of SOD and its molecular mechanism were explained, and the changes of SOD in the physicochemical, immunological and structural aspects were also discussed.
