采用透皮扩散装置和兔皮,进行了尼莫地平透皮促进剂的研究。结果表明:在75%(V/V)乙醇溶液中,促进剂A和油酸合用对尼莫地平的透皮吸收具有协同作用,比单一促进剂有效,2%Azonc具有较弱的促进作用,并且降低混合促进剂对尼莫地平的透皮促进效果。
A transdermal diffusion device and rabbit skin were used to study the penetration enhancers of nimodipine. The results showed that the combination of accelerator A and oleic acid had synergistic effect on the transdermal absorption of nimodipine in 75% (V / V) ethanol solution, which was more effective than the single accelerator and weakly promoted by 2% Azonc. And reduces the transdermal promotion effect of the mixture accelerator on nimodipine.
