来自“2010年中国铜钴资源高峰论坛”上的消息,国家出台有色金属行业“十二五”规划草案。按照规划,到2015年,10种有色金属(铜、铝、铅、锌、镍、锡、锑、镁、海绵钛以及汞)产量控制在4100万t以内。权威人士透露,虽然有色行业整体规划不会独立成为国家“十二五”规划的一部分,但有色金属领域中的稀有金属行业将作为独立的部分出现在国家规划中,对钨、钼、锡、锑和稀土5种稀有金属的发展目标和方向做出要求。规划主要包括总量控制、确定收入目标、利税目标和重点鼓励发展方向等内容。
