本文旨在说明我们如何策划理工学院内推行的在职培训课程,并列举有关课程内容的几个例子。培训课程是院内自行设计的专为院内教员开设的。虽然此计划现已得到外界一些认可,但这并不是我们原本计划的目的。我们只想就在职培训提供一些可行的意见。
The purpose of this article is to show how we can plan on-the-job training courses at the Polytechnic and cite a few examples of the content of the course. The training course is designed by the hospital and designed for faculty members. Although this plan has now been approved by the outside world, this is not the purpose of our original plan. We just want to provide some practical advice on job training.
