房地产业的发展涵盖了土地规划、房屋建筑、物业管理、环境绿化等等诸多专业环节,这就使得房地产业对人力资源规模与质量也愈加提升。但是我国房地产业发展历史并不够长,由于诸多原因我国房地产业只是借鉴国外的相关经验,并没有形成我国自身的房地产人力资源开发的成熟模式。人才输送与需求之间存在着严重的脱节状况,这需要深入探析房地产业人力资源开发的本质与原则,这样才能有效的健全房地产行业人力资源开发机制,最后以此促进房地产行业稳健的发展。
The development of the real estate industry covers many aspects of professionalism such as land planning, housing construction, property management and environmental greening, which further increases the scale and quality of human resources in the real estate industry. However, the history of China’s real estate development is not long enough. Due to many reasons, China’s real estate industry only draws on the relevant experience of other countries and does not form a mature model of China’s own real estate human resources development. There is a serious disconnect between talent delivery and demand, which requires in-depth analysis of the real estate human resources development of the nature and principles, so as to effectively improve the real estate industry, human resources development mechanism, and finally to promote the real estate industry steady development.
