本文根据血管内皮舒张因子(EDRF)的研究进展,设计并合成聚2-精氨酸寡肽.离体和整体动物试验表明,L-Arg-Arg-OH产生期望的血管舒张作用,该作用不依赖于血管内皮细胞,并呈确切的量效依赖关系.L-Arg-Arg-OH的EDRF样效应为该类药物的构效关系研究提供了优秀的光导化合物.
In this paper, poly-2-arginine oligopeptides were designed and synthesized according to the research progress of endothelial cell relaxing factor (EDRF) .Experimental studies in vitro and in vivo showed that L-Arg-Arg-OH produced the desired vasodilatory effect Dependent on the vascular endothelial cells and has an exact dose-dependent relationship.The EDRF-like effect of L-Arg-Arg-OH provides an excellent photoconductive compound for the study of the structure-activity relationship of these drugs.
