目的:研究辅酶Q10对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的影响。方法:分别以133.3、66.7、33.3 mg/kgBW剂量辅酶Q10给小鼠连续灌胃35 d,通过负重游泳试验、尿素、肝糖原和血乳酸测定评价其抗疲劳功能,通过常压耐缺氧试验、亚硝酸钠中毒试验和急性脑缺血(断头)试验评价其耐缺氧功能。结果:在本实验条件下,辅酶Q10能够延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,增加肝糖原储备,减少小鼠运动后血中乳酸和尿素氮含量;辅酶Q10能够延长小鼠缺氧存活时间和急性脑缺血后张口呼吸时间,对硝酸钠中毒后存活时间无明显影响。结论:辅酶Q10可以提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力和耐缺氧能力。
Objective: To study the effect of coenzyme Q10 on anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods: Mice were treated with coenzyme Q10 at dosage of 133.3, 66.7 and 33.3 mg / kg Bw respectively for 35 days. Antifatigue function was evaluated by weight-bearing swimming test, urea, hepatic glycogen and blood lactate. Test, sodium nitrite poisoning test and acute cerebral ischemia (decapitation) test evaluation of hypoxia tolerance. Results: Coenzyme Q10 could prolong the weight-bearing swimming time, increase the glycogen storage and decrease the content of lactate and urea nitrogen in the blood after exercise. Coenzyme Q10 could prolong the hypoxic survival time and acute Post-ischemic mouth breathing time, no effect on survival time after sodium nitrate poisoning. Conclusion: Coenzyme Q10 can improve anti-fatigue ability and hypoxia tolerance in mice.
