目的对2015-2016年江苏地区12家采供血机构参加血液成分细菌检测室间质评项目的 4个项目批次的结果进行回顾性分析,总结评价室间质评项目效果。方法从2015年7月开始,江苏省内12家采供血机构以相对独立的方式,整体参加CITIC血液成分细菌检测室间质评项目。参评实验室将检测结果汇总至本中心,经初步分析后上报项目组。将4次室间质评结果与项目总评报告结合,回顾分析参评以来各单位细菌检测能力提升情况。结果到2016年7月,共开展了4次细菌检测室间质评项目,每次检测10个质评标本。共发现2例假阳性和3例假阴性检测结果,阳性样本检出时间CV值范围为9%-27%。总体检出符合率从96.67%提高至100%。结论通过参加细菌室间质评,建立评价血站对于血液样品中细菌检测水平的能力验证试验项目,为实验室质量改进提供帮助。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the results of four batches of blood sampling and blood supply agencies involved in blood quality bacterial detection in 2015-2016 in Jiangsu province and to summarize and evaluate the results of laboratory quality evaluation. Methods From July 2015 onwards, 12 blood collection and supply agencies in Jiangsu Province participated in the CITIC Blood Component Bacteria Testing Room Quality Assessment Program in a relatively independent way. Participate in the laboratory test results will be summarized to the center, after preliminary analysis reported to the project team. The results of four inter-laboratory qualitative evaluation combined with the project’s general report reviewed retrospectively the evaluation of bacteria in all units since the detection ability to enhance the situation. Results By July 2016, a total of 4 bacterial test room quality assessment projects were conducted, with 10 quality assessment samples tested at a time. A total of 2 false positives and 3 false negatives were detected. The CV of positive samples was 9% -27%. The overall detection coincidence rate increased from 96.67% to 100%. Conclusion Through the participation of bacterial inter-laboratory quality evaluation, a test project of ability test to evaluate the level of bacteria in blood samples was established to help improve the laboratory quality.
