[目的]研究麻黄附子甘草汤的不同配伍中,其毒性成分的含量影响。[方法]依据不同的组合方式对所用麻黄与附子以及甘草予以配伍,并应用酸溶碱沉的萃取方法自配伍后复方当中将乌头生物碱提取出来,再以紫外光谱法对已经被酸性染料进行络合后的生物碱予以分析,之后检测配方中的总生物碱与酯型生物碱以及非酯型的生物碱。[结果]经配伍后的酯型生物碱,其含量自46%已下降为10.00%以下,同时非酯型的生物碱,其含量自54%已上升为89%以上。[结论]甘草与麻黄均能够使附子减毒增效,并且将三者予以同时煎煮,其减毒效果同其他类型煎煮方式相较,效果均具有显著性,而且对揭示祖国医学中药配伍的机制具有重要的指导意义。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of the content of toxic components in the different compatibility of Ephedra-san Fuzi Gancao Decoction. [Method] According to the different combinations, the compatibility of Herba Ephedrae and Herba Ephedrae and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch was used, and the extraction method of acid-soluble alkali was used to extract aconitum alkaloids from the compound prescription. Then the UV- After the complexation of alkaloids to be analyzed, and then test the formulation of total alkaloids and ester-type alkaloids and non-ester type alkaloids. [Result] The content of ester - type alkaloids after compatibility decreased from 46% to below 10.00%. Meanwhile, the content of non - ester alkaloids increased from 54% to above 89%. [Conclusion] Both licorice and ephedra could make the aconite attenuate and synergize, and the three were decocted at the same time. The attenuating effect was significant compared with other types of decoction, The mechanism has important guiding significance.
