目的:观察加减归肾丸对抗精子抗体(AsAb)阳性免疫性不孕大鼠白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、β-内啡肽表达水平的影响。方法:成年雌性SD大鼠42只,随机分成4组,正常对照组(正常组)、AsAb阳性空白组(模型组)各8只,强的松组(西药组)、加减归肾丸组(中药组)各13只。各组动物给药处理后观察血清IL-2、β-内啡肽的表达情况。结果:中药组大鼠血清IL-2、β-内啡肽水平较西药组、模型组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:加减归肾丸能降低AsAb阳性免疫性不孕大鼠的血清IL-2、β-内啡肽水平。
Objective: To observe the effects of Jigui Guishen Pills on the expression of interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) and β - endorphin in rats with antinuclear immunity (AsAb) - positive immunity. Methods: Forty-two adult female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (n = 8), AsAb positive group (n = 8), prednisone group (Chinese medicine group) each 13. After administration of each group, the expression of IL-2 and β-endorphin in serum was observed. Results: The serum levels of IL-2 and β-endorphin in Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group and model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Addition and subtraction Guishen pill can reduce the level of serum IL-2 and β-endorphin in AsAb-positive immune infertility rats.
