装煤机是炮采工作面增加单产、提高工效、减轻笨重攉煤劳动强度的有效设备。为此,根据煤炭部七七年六月召开的全国炮采工作面装煤机械化攻关会议决定,由渡口矿务局、煤炭科学研究院重庆研究所、云南一平浪煤矿及达县矿务局等单位共同研制了ZBCL-22型链传动差动牵引扒爪式装煤机,经过一年多的井下工业性试验,达到了预期效果。四川省煤炭工业局受煤炭部委托,于一九八○年十一月十日至十三日在达县矿务局主持召开了技术鉴定会,会议认为该机的研制是成功的,其结构形式有独特之处,同意定型、批量生产、推广使用。
