对苏农─21啤酒大麦农艺和工艺性状的分析,研究了播种密度和施肥量对啤酒大麦和麦芽质量的影响,结果显示播种密度7.5kg/亩和施纯氮肥量2.5kg/亩时,麦芽质量较为理想。
The results of agronomic and technological traits of SuNong-21 beer barley were studied. The effects of sowing density and fertilizer on the quality of barley and malt beer were studied. The results showed that when sowing density was 7.5kg / mu and applying pure nitrogen fertilizer 2.5kg / mu , Malt quality is more ideal.
