上海自贸区是我国经济体制改革的重要内容,是促进我国经济更好融入国际金融秩序的巨大突破,离岸金融是我国上海自贸区的一个重要金融形式,将国内的贸易等同于跨境贸易,本文深入的分析了离岸金融状态下上海自贸区的发展,对提升我国上海自贸区的发展水平具有十分重要的意义。
Shanghai Free Trade Zone is an important part of China’s economic restructuring and a huge breakthrough in promoting our country’s economy to better integrate itself into the international financial order. Offshore finance is an important financial form of Shanghai’s free trade zone and equates domestic trade with cross-border Trade, this article analyzes in depth the development of Shanghai’s FTA under offshore financial conditions and is of great significance to enhancing the development level of Shanghai’s FTA.
