本文在低碳钢于碳化氨水中阴、阳极极化曲线行为研究的基础上,进一步提出了阳、阴极采样的无参比恒槽压双电极电化学保护自控方法。通过碳化氨水介质、温度、硫离子浓度等的变化,与理想参比电极的恒电位控制的阴极保护相比较,由二种控制方法的稳定性说明无参比恒槽压控制方法的可靠性。因为这种方法是无参比自动控制的,所以阴阳极保护电位区间较小的情况也能实现双电极电化学保护。
Based on the study of the anodic and cathodic polarization curves of mild steel in carbonized ammonia, a new self-control method of electrochemical protection of positive and negative samples with no reference and constant pressure was proposed. Compared with cathodic protection of potentiostatic control of ideal reference electrode, the stability of two control methods shows the reliability of non-reference constant tank pressure control through the change of carbonized ammonia medium, temperature and sulfur ion concentration. Because this method is non-reference automatic control, so the protection of the anodic and cathodic protection potential range of smaller cases can achieve two-electrode electrochemical protection.
