目前,多头钻在机械加工中应用很广,设计也多种多样,其内部结构多数为齿轮传动,当设计如图1所示,孔距相差很大、孔数又很多的零件加工所用的多头钻时,采用齿轮传动就比较困难,所以,我们采用了曲柄摇板传动。图2为加工泵盖所用的多头钻。多头钻通过钻盖4上的φ75~(+0.08)孔和两M12螺钉20与摇臂钻床的滑动套连接成一体,主动偏心轴7,通过连接柄12与主轴连接,销子13与主动偏心轴7静配合,与连接柄12的长孔动配合,以保证连接柄与钻床主轴锥孔配合牢靠,铜套2与被加工工件夹具的导柱滑配合起定位作
