伴随着新课改,大家熟悉的名词术语就是:创设情景、自主探究、合作交流、体验感悟、经历过程,并在教学过程中努力实践着。然而,凝眸反思,在课改初期,我们都茫然过,我们的课堂实施多了些新颖的形式和茫然的行为,固有的教学方式和学习方式并没有实质的改变,甚至丢了课堂最宝贵的东西——有效。随着课改的不断深入,我们随课改的新思想理念也有了进一步的理解,冷静地反思我们以往的课堂教学,大家熟悉的这些名词术语又有多少真正的落到实处、收到实效了呢?有人说时效性时课堂教学的生命,那么提高课堂教学的实效性也就有了当今的焦点,为了切实提高小学数学的汤教学的实效性我们又应该做些什么呢?我认为具有实效性的课堂一定是讲求高质量的教与学的过程,一节高效率的数学课必然有很多因素组成,下面就结合实际情况,谈谈我的一些看法:
