教师文化建设是基层电大文化建设的核心和关键所在,文章通过县级基层电大教师文化建设的实践和研究,提出了有文化基层电大教师的内涵和具体修炼方法,具有一定指导和借鉴意义。
The construction of teacher culture is the core and key of cultural construction of TV universities at the grassroots level. Based on the practice and research of teachers’ cultural construction at the county level, this paper proposes the connotation and specific cultivation methods of TVU teachers with cultural backgrounds and provides some guidance and reference.
