目的:分析灯盏花素注射剂的药品不良反应和药品不良事件(ADR/ADE)报告,为药品不良反应监测及合理用药提供参考。方法:下载安徽省上报的灯盏花素注射剂ADR报告301份,使用Excel进行统计分析。结果:301份报告中,ADR占37.87%;ADE占62.13%。累及的器官系统主要为皮肤及其附件。结论:灯盏花素注射剂ADR/ADE的原因复杂,提请临床医生、药师应坚持合理用药。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the drug adverse reactions and drug adverse events (ADR / ADE) reports of breviscapin injection and provide reference for drug adverse reaction monitoring and rational drug use. Methods: An analysis of 301 ADR reports of breviscapine injection in Anhui Province was carried out and statistical analysis was performed using Excel. Results: Of 301 reports, ADR accounted for 37.87%; ADE accounted for 62.13%. Involved in the main organ system of the skin and its annexes. Conclusion: The reason of Breviscapine injection ADR / ADE is complex, and it is necessary to urge clinicians and pharmacists to stick to reasonable medication.
