患者,男,83岁,退休干部。2008年9月26日上午,于当地某社区在上臂三角肌注射了流行性感冒疫苗(2008～2009年疫苗株,产地、批号不详,有效期至2009年5月)。注射后第3天下午出现乏力伴畏寒,体温升高达38.5℃,自服感冒清热颗粒效果欠佳,对症处理后次日清晨体温降至正常,来我院就诊,予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(舒普深)抗感染,效果欠佳,体温最高达38.9℃,无咳嗽咳痰,无鼻流清涕,无腹痛
Patient, male, 83 years old, retired cadre. On the morning of September 26, 2008, an influenza vaccine was administered to the deltoid muscle of the upper extremity in a local community (Vaccine Strain 2008-2009, origin, batch number unknown, valid until May 2009). On the third day after injection, fatigue and chills were found in the afternoon, body temperature increased by 38.5 ℃, self-sufficiency cold and heat particles were not effective, symptomatic treatment the next morning the body temperature dropped to normal, to our hospital, to cefoperazone / Tan (Shu Pu deep) anti-infection, poor results, body temperature up to 38.9 ℃, no cough and sputum, no nasal discharge, no abdominal pain
