广西扶绥县居民粮油食品中黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)污染水平较高,但各年度间水平相差甚为悬殊..本文试图用气候因素的观点对此作出合理解释,并就可能采取的对策进行探讨.材料和方法(一)气象资料由县气象局提供粮油食品(包括玉米、大米、花生油)中的AFB_1污染数据由我所测定.测定方法为薄层层析法,方法灵敏度5ppb,最低检出量0.0004微克.
The level of aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) pollution in grain and oil foodstuffs of Fusui County, Guangxi Province is relatively high, but the difference in levels between the years is very poor. This article attempts to make a reasonable explanation from the point of view of climatic factors and provide suggestions on the possible countermeasures Materials and Methods (I) Meteorological Data The data of AFB-1 contamination in foodstuffs and oils (including corn, rice and peanut oil) provided by the County Meteorological Bureau were determined by me.The method of determination was thin layer chromatography with a sensitivity of 5 ppb and the lowest Detection of 0.0004 micrograms.
