前言油田钻井用高压管汇,多采用废旧钻杆。而这些钻杆经过使用,大多带有磁性。磁性较大的钻杆不采取一定措施是无法正常施焊的,即便免强焊接,质量也无法保证。本文介绍解决带磁性管件的焊接方法,为带磁性管件的焊接提供了简便易行的施工措施,供有关单位参考,不当之处请指正。我厂在焊接高压管汇时,遇到材料已被磁化,造成焊接不能正常进行。经过实验和应用探索,终于找到了解决的办法。对于钻杆磁化的机理仅是推断,尚待进一步实验验证。一、关于 APIE 材料钻杆磁化后留下残磁的机理推断钻杆相当于40Mn_2Mo 的钢材,属于铁磁体材料之一。一般铁磁体材料在无外磁场时,铁磁体内
