我部过渡带抽油井,是采用集中加压、加热的掺热油伴随保温,高压热油或热水洗井的单井进站,站内分离器计量的工艺流程。由于抽油井产量低,含气少,给计量工作带来一定的困难。过去先后使用过冲塞式流量计,EF-430流量计,以及大秤秤量,计量车计量等方法。但由于原油含气和计量时间短,不能连续累积计量等原因,造成计量准确度差,甚至长期估产,不能录取单井产量,给地下分析和确定合理的油井工作制度带来很大困难。在毛主席“两论”思想指引下,我们急生产之所急,想工人之所想,同工人师傅共同总结了过去计量工作的经验教训,并在兄弟单位的大力支援下,我们采用中、低压椭圆齿轮流量计相减法,在莎东一号计量间进行了试验,经过和采油小队及施工单位工人师傅的共同努力,做到了施工投
