半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂-C对PCI患者造影剂相关肾功能损伤的早期诊断价值

目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂-C(Cystatin C,Cys C)在经皮冠状动脉介入术(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)患者造影剂相关肾功能损伤中的早期诊断价值。方法随机选择193例拟行PCI术患者,分别于术前、术后即刻、术后12 h、24 h、48 h、4 d等六个时间点取静脉血测Cys C、血清肌酐(Serum Creatinine,S-cr)水平,计算肌酐清除率(Creatinine clearance rate,C-cr),监测各指标的变化趋势,比较各项检测指标之间的关系。探讨Cys C在评价PCI患者早期造影剂相关肾功能损伤中的应用价值。结果 Cys C水平在术后12 h、24 h、48 h时间段较术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Cys C与S-cr及C-cr之间有良好的相关性(r1=0.67,r2=0.83)。结论 Cys C与S-cr及C-cr之间有良好的相关性,可以较早地发现PCI患者造影剂相关肾功能损伤。 Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of serum cystatin C (Cys C) in contrast-related renal impairment induced by contrast medium in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 193 patients undergoing PCI were enrolled in this study. Venous blood Cys C, serum creatinine (Serum Creatinine) were measured before operation, immediately after operation, at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 4 d after operation respectively. , S-cr) were measured.
