As a member of the 16th batch of doctoral delegation of the Central Organization Department of the Central Organization Department and the Central Communist Youth League, I went to the Rare Metals Tungsten Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. in Jiangxi Province, where the Red Homeland was located. Therefore, I focused my thoughts on scientific and technological innovation of tungsten and rare earth enterprises. Promoting supply-side structural reforms is a major strategic move to promote the sustained and healthy development of our economy under the new normal economic conditions. Technological innovation with enterprises as the main body has become the focus of promoting supply-side reform.
