应用ＡＢＣ酶标记技术观察经内镜活检与电切取材的正常大肠粘膜、大肠腺瘤与大肠癌标本中花生凝集素与双花扁豆凝集素受体。花生凝集素受体，正常大肠粘膜１０．０％阳性，大肠腺瘤２７．５％阳性，大肠癌７５．０％阳性；双花扁豆凝集素受体，正常大肠粘膜１００％阳性，大肠腺瘤８０．００％阳性，大肠癌１５．６２％阳性。分析本组结果，进一步证实大肠癌有与正常大肠粘膜不同的糖链结构，即凝集素受体。部分大肠腺瘤中亦存在与大肠癌相似的糖链结构。
ABC enzyme labeling technique was used to observe the lectin receptors of peanut agglutinin and double flower lentil in normal colorectal mucosa, colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer specimens obtained by endoscopic biopsy and electrocution. Peanut lectin receptor, normal colorectal mucosa 10.0% positive, colorectal adenoma 27.5% positive, colorectal cancer 75.0% positive; double flower lentil lectin receptor, normal colorectal mucosa 100% positive, colorectal adenoma 80.00% positive and 15.62% positive for colorectal cancer. Analysis of the results of this group further confirmed that colorectal cancer has a different sugar chain structure than that of normal colorectal mucosa, that is, a lectin receptor. Some of the colorectal adenomas also have sugar chain structures similar to those of colorectal cancer.
