目的:建立改良的人胰蛋白酶Ⅰ放射免疫测定(HPE1RIA)法并观察此法对临床诊断胰腺癌的价值。方法:纯化HPE1,制备兔抗人HPE1IgG,在此基础上建立改良HPE1RIA法,临床测定了82例健康成人和222例各类疾病病人血清HPE1值。结果:82例健康成人血清HPE1值为73~320ng/dl,93例胰腺癌患者血清HPE1值为833±734ng/dl(x±s)。在胰腺癌患者中,8例肿瘤直径小于3cm的胰头癌HPE1值(1225±1218ng/dl)明显高于胰腺癌各分组中任何一组的血清HPE1值(P<0.01)。结论:改良HPE1RIA法可作为胰腺癌诊断筛选的一种有价值的新方法。
Objective: To establish a modified human trypsin I radioimmunoassay (HPE1RIA) method and observe its value in clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. METHODS: HPE1 was purified to prepare rabbit anti-human HPE1 IgG. Based on this, a modified HPE1 RIA method was established. Serum HPE1 values were determined in 82 healthy adults and 222 patients with various diseases. Results: The serum HPE1 value of 82 healthy adults was 73-320 ng/dl, and the serum HPE1 value of 93 patients with pancreatic cancer was 833±734 ng/dl (x±s). Among the patients with pancreatic cancer, the HPE1 value (1225±1218 ng/dl) was significantly higher in 8 pancreatic head cancers with a tumor diameter less than 3 cm than in any group of pancreatic cancer (P<0.01). Conclusion: The modified HPE1RIA method can be used as a valuable new method for diagnosis and screening of pancreatic cancer.
