自噬是一个高度保守的蛋白质和细胞器分解过程,这个过程可使蛋白质再循环及清除衰老的细胞器,自噬与细胞内环境稳定及组织器官发育等多种细胞活动有关。近年来有研究表明自噬与多种疾病有关,如神经肌肉变性疾病、癌症及心脏疾病。在正常心脏中,存在着低水平的自噬活动,若自噬缺陷可引起心功能不全甚至心力衰竭,在心脏后负荷过重、缺血及缺血再灌注损伤中也可观察到自噬活动的增加,自噬的缺陷与增多都与疾病的进展有关,该文就自噬在心脏疾病中的相关研究作一综述。
Autophagy is a highly conserved process of protein and organelle disassembly. This process involves the recycling of proteins and the removal of senescent organelles. Autophagy is associated with a variety of cellular activities such as stable intracellular environment and the development of tissues and organs. In recent years, studies have shown that autophagy and a variety of diseases, such as neuromuscular degeneration, cancer and heart disease. In the normal heart, there is a low level of autophagy activity, if autophagy defects can cause heart failure or heart failure, autonomic activity can also be observed in post-cardiac overload, ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion injury , The defects and the increase of autophagy are related to the progress of the disease. This article reviews the related research of autophagy in heart disease.
