对10例病态窦房结综合征和1例反复室速、室颤患者实施AAI起搏,效果满意。并就AAI起搏的电极置入方法、适应证的选择和起搏参数的掌握等问题进行了讨论。认为AAI起搏是种简易、经济的生理性起搏,值得推广应用。
Satisfactory results were achieved in 10 patients with sick sinus syndrome and in 1 patient with repeated ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation. The methods of placement of AAI pacing electrode, the selection of indications and the mastery of pacing parameters were also discussed. Think AAI pacing is a kind of simple, economical physiological pacing, it is worth promoting application.
