重复频率脉冲功率技术是一系列高科技研究与前沿研究的基础。开关是重复频率脉冲功率系统中的重要元件,其工作性能决定着整个系统的重复频率输出特性。为此,研究了一种用于触发开关测试的重复频率脉冲电源。该脉冲电源包括主回路、触发回路和控制电路3个部分。在主回路和触发回路中均采用LC串联谐振的方式,用可控硅控制一个大容量电容器,通过电感给一个小容量脉冲电容器充电。主回路的小容量电容器提供通过触发开关主电极的大电流。触发回路的小容量电容器由IGBT控制向脉冲变压器放电,为触发开关提供重复频率的高压触发脉冲。控制电路协调主回路和触发回路各元件的动作时序。在触发开关的实际测试中,该电源的重复频率为1 kHz,输出电流峰值为750 A。
Repetition Pulse Power is a series of high-tech research and cutting-edge research. The switch is an important component of the repetitive-frequency pulse power system, and its operating performance determines the repetitive frequency output characteristics of the entire system. To this end, a type of repetitive-frequency pulse power supply for trigger switch testing has been investigated. The pulse power includes the main circuit, trigger circuit and control circuit 3 parts. In the main circuit and the trigger circuit are used in LC series resonance mode, with a control of a high-capacity capacitor SCR, a capacitor to a small capacity through the inductor charge. The main loop’s small capacity capacitor provides large current through the trigger switch main electrode. The small capacitor of the trigger loop is controlled by the IGBT to discharge the pulse transformer and provide a high voltage trigger pulse with repetition frequency for the trigger switch. The control circuit coordinates the timing of the operation of the main circuit and the trigger circuit. In the actual test of the trigger switch, the power supply has a repetition frequency of 1 kHz and a peak output current of 750 A.
