随着我国改革开放事业的进一步深化,政府相关部门给予了中等职业教育更多的重视,同时中等职业教育所获得的财政拨款也在逐步上升。目前,中等职业教育已经迈入新的时期,中等职业教育的快速发展愈发凸显出中职学校档案管理工作的重要作用,使其已成为中职学校在长期发展中十分关键的前提与基础。本文,针对目前中职学校的档案管理工作中的不足进行了分析,并简要探讨了中职学校的档案管理工作的发展情况,最后提出如何提高中职学校的档案管理工作水平的有效措施。
With the further deepening of China’s cause of reform and opening up, relevant departments of the government have given more attention to secondary vocational education, meanwhile, the financial allocations obtained by secondary vocational education are gradually increasing. At present, secondary vocational education has entered a new period. The rapid development of secondary vocational education has increasingly highlighted the important role of secondary school management in archives management, making it a crucial prerequisite and foundation for long-term development of secondary vocational schools. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current file management in secondary vocational schools and briefly discusses the development of file management in secondary vocational schools. Finally, it puts forward some effective measures to improve the file management level in secondary vocational schools.
