我国“六五”期间科技攻关项目之一的子项“提高机床铸造质量”课题,由陕西机械学院和秦川机床厂共同进行,课题的研究,经三年努力,完成了以下四方面的工作达到了予定的研究任务。 1. 研制了一种机床基础件用的高强度和弹性模量新材质灰铸铁,并有析出硬化相的特点,使耐磨性提高1倍以上,导轨硬度均匀,具有良好的综合性能。
In the “Sixth Five-Year Plan”, one of the key scientific and technological projects in China, entitled “Improving the Quality of Machine Tool Castings”, was jointly conducted by Shaanxi Institute of Machinery and Qinchuan Machine Tool Works. After three years’ hard work, the following four tasks were completed Achieved the scheduled research task. 1. Developed a kind of new material gray cast iron with high strength and elastic modulus for the basic parts of the machine tool and the characteristics of precipitated and hardened phase so as to improve the abrasion resistance by more than 1 times and uniform hardness of guide rail with good comprehensive performance.
