本文论述了微机控制碳势的原理及应用特性。通过对井式炉碳势及工艺过程的控制,介绍了碳势控制数学模型的建立及微机控制渗碳工艺过程的特点和在应用中应注意的问题。
This paper discusses the principle and application of microcomputer control carbon potential. Through the control of carbon potential and technological process in pit furnace, the establishment of mathematical model of carbon potential control and the characteristics of microcomputer controlled carburizing process and the problems to be noticed in the application are introduced.
