在二月七日和八日香港艺术节的演出中,我国琵琶演奏家刘德海领导的中国弹拔乐团,与来自英国的新伦敦古乐团合奏一首具有象征意义的新曲——《协议》。此曲是香港中文大学音乐系纪大卫教授特别为这两个乐团的合作表演而创作的。纪教授说:《协议》曲名的含义……来自中英两国为香港未来而商讨的协议,代表了东方与西方的沟通。”
