目的观察人工流产术中阴阳虚体质对丙泊酚麻醉效果的影响。方法 40例阳虚质和40例阴虚质者均以丙泊酚麻醉施行人流术,观察两组麻醉效果及术后恢复情况。结果阴虚质组诱导麻醉时间明显短于阳虚质组(P<0.05),且丙泊酚诱导剂量、总用量明显低于阳虚质组(P<0.05)。结论阴虚质患者丙泊酚的麻醉效果较好。
Objective To observe the effect of yin-yang deficiency on the anesthetic effect of propofol in induced abortion. Methods 40 cases of yang deficiency and 40 cases of yin deficiency were anesthetized with propofol for abortion, the anesthetic effect and postoperative recovery were observed. Results The time of induction anesthesia in yin deficiency group was significantly shorter than that in yang deficiency group (P <0.05), and the dosage of propofol was lower than that in yang deficiency group (P <0.05). Conclusions Yin anesthesia propofol anesthesia better.
