为了解春小麦品种主要性状的遗传力和杂交亲本的配合力,按 Griffing第二种的双列杂交设计方案对8个春小麦品种的6个主要性状进行了配合力测定。结果为,6个性状的两种配合力的方差均达5%显著水准,一般配合力方差明显大于特殊配合力方差。不同亲本、不同性状的配合力差异较大。一般讲,某个性状值高,其一般配合力也高。同时还估算了6个主要农艺性状的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力。
In order to understand the heritability of the main characters of spring wheat and the combining ability of hybrid parents, six major traits of 8 spring wheat cultivars were tested for their combining ability according to the second type of double-sowing hybrid design scheme of Griffing. The results showed that the variance of the two combining ability of the six traits reached a significant level of 5%, and the variance of the general combining ability was significantly greater than the variance of the special combining ability. Different parents, different traits vary greatly with the combining ability. In general, a trait value is high, and its general combining ability is also high. The general heritability and narrow heritability of six major agronomic traits were also estimated.
